PAPER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations will be held within plenary and thematic conference scopes. Each presenter will be given a time slot of up to 10 minutes. Presentations should be concise, clearly structured, and adapted to a professional and international audience.

Poster Presentations

All posters will be presented in digital format and accessed by scanning QR codes with mobile devices at the conference venue. Poster presenters are required to submit their poster as a PDF file, in portrait orientation, dimensions 70 × 100 cm, with resolution of 150 dpi.

Conference Language

The official language of the Conference is English. All presentations and posters must be prepared and delivered in English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
